Casual Sales

Shoppers do not need to have an account with us to make purchases however contact & delivery details will be required to complete the transaction. These will always be kept confidential.

Your purchases are counted in SINGLE UNIT quantities. Carton (wholesale) lots are shown for information only as these are choosen by trade customers. If you are are trade or wholesale shopper, you may benefit from our wholesale section. Please contact us to establish a trade account.

Trade Accounts

Trade or wholesale buyers will be given access to the wholesale section allowing you to buy in wholesale quantities (full carton lots) at wholesale prices.

Casual Shoppers do not need to have an account with us and purchase in unit quantities at retail rates.If you do not require wholesale (carton) lots please use our retail or casual section.

 

TRADE CUSTOMERS SALE OR RETURN GUARANTEE

We are confident about the popularity of our products but realise that consumer tastes vary. Therefore as part of our service to trade customers we will credit, exchange or take back any product that does not sell within its expiry date.

Conditions: All reasonable effort must have been made to sell the goods. Goods must be returned to our warehouse by the customer in unmarked, clean and saleable condition within 90 days of purchase. Credits will first be applied against any discount given at time of purchase. Proof of purchase will be required. Seasonal, special productions and goods sold on special or clearance discounts excluded.

RETAIL CUSTOMERS - We are happy to credit or exchange any unwanted goods provided that they are returned to our warehouse by the customer in unmarked, unopened, clean and saleable condition BEFORE the expiry date and within 30 days of purchase. Credits may first be applied against any discount given at time of purchase. Proof of purchase will be required. Seasonal, special productions and goods sold on special or clearance discounts excluded.

FAULTY GOODS: Any goods shown to be faulty or defective will be replaced or exchanged at any time.
