Delivery & Freight
Delivery will be made to the address specified by courier service for parcel lots or road freighter for larger or heavier quantities e.g. drinks. Delivery can only be made if someone is at the address to sign for the goods. Goods will not be left without a signature for proper receipt.
Freight information:
- A freight charge of $8.00 will apply to orders under $150 within the North Island.
- A freight charge of $15.00 will apply to orders under $250 within the South Island.
- Any orders of a value exceeding these minimums will be freight free.
When will I get my order? -Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery to main centres. Rural deliveries may take a little longer. Please call us if not received within these times. Please call 0800-466 889 if goods not received within 7 days.
Damaged Goods - Please report any damage immediately upon receipt by phoning us on 0800-466 889. Wherever possible, please note any damaged on the delivery note upon receipt.
Stock availability - We produce the goods constantly and are always refreshing stocks however should we be unable to make delivery of any item due to insufficient stock we will make full refund of the shortfall within 7 days of your order & payment.
