TRADE CUSTOMERS SALE OR RETURN GUARANTEE
We are confident about the popularity of our products but realise that consumer tastes vary. Therefore as part of our service to trade customers we will credit, exchange or take back any product that does not sell within 90 days of purchase.
Conditions: All reasonable effort must have been made to sell the goods. Goods must be returned to our warehouse by the customer in unmarked, clean and saleable condition within 90 days of purchase. Credits may first be applied against any discount given at time of purchase. Proof of purchase will be required. Seasonal, special productions and goods sold on special or clearance discounts excluded.
RETAIL CUSTOMERS - We are happy to credit or exchange any unwanted goods provided that they are returned to our warehouse by the customer in unmarked, unopened, clean and saleable condition within 90 days of purchase. Credits may first be applied against any discount given at time of purchase. Proof of purchase will be required. FAULTY GOODS: Any goods shown to be faulty or defective will be replaced or exchanged at any time.
